Crisis and flu, has not weakened professional stability and interest of security experts. The main branch event of the year, BEZPEKA 2009 trade show gathered 165 participants from 8 countries of the world and more than 5,000 experts from all regions of Ukraine in the beginning of November in KyivExpoPlaza venue.

BEZPEKA 2009 has brightly and convincingly shown that industry of security of Ukraine is full of optimism, enthusiasm and is aimed at further development and perfection. New exposition, PROTECTION, Ukrainian-Polish Forum on safety EURO-2012, and Miss Security Ukraine competition has taken the trade show to the higher level.

Dedicated to BEZPEKA 2009 opening, the Technique Parade of the PROTECTION exposition exhibitors took place. Potential and possibilities of Ukrainian protection service market were shown at the event. Among the participants of the Parade were representatives of the Department SSS at MIA Ukraine, Ukrainian Federation of Non-State Employees of Security Industry (UFNSESI), Group 4 Securicor, Venbest, Vik-Tan, Stels-1. The outdoor area in front of Exhibition Hall No 1, was the platform for performance of the quick reaction equipment.

165 establishments, organizations and companies from Ukraine, Belarus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Russia represented at BEZPEKA 2009 full complex of systems, means and services for safety of enterprises, offices, private houses and people. Thus, 48 companies have taken part in the trade show for the first time.

BEZPEKA trade show presented the booths of such organizations as the State Research and Development Institute of MIA Ukraine, the State Scientific Research Expertise and Forensic Centre of MIA Ukraine, the State Security Service of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Engineering Technology Center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, UFNSESI, UFSE, and also such leading non-state companies in the security area as AMI, Argus-Inform, ARTON, Avancard, Axioma-Techno, Bastion-Kiev, Bolid, DEFENCE, ETC, Forteza-South, Group 4 Securicor, Institute of Information Technologies, Integrated Technical Vision, Ista-Sital, Kaspersky Lab. In response to market offers as a strategic innovation of this year BEZPEKA became a unique event for Ukrainian security industry. Besides traditional thematic areas such as technical security systems and protective means, fire-fighting systems and appliances, intelligent technologies, InfoBEZPEKA exposition — for the first time the trade show presented the exposition of PROTECTION, service of security panels and physical protection. The new exposition, that unites more than 50 exhibitors, is organized under support of the Department of SSS at MIA Ukraine, UFNSESI, UFSE, Venbest and Vik-Tan comapnies.


Important step in the development of relations between France and Ukraine was the first in BEZPEKA trade show history complex presentation of technologies and equipment by French companies in the National Pavilion of France, made by joint efforts of UBIFRANCE, French Agency for International Business Development, and the Embassy of France in Ukraine.

One of the core events of BEZPEKA trade show was the Ukrainian-Polish Forum for Euro-2012, organized by the Ukrainian Federation of Employees of Non-State Security Services and leading public organization in security matters of Poland, POLSKA IZBA OCHORONY, under support of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, Football Federation of Ukraine and Local Organizing Committee for Euro-2012 Ukraine.


For the first time in the security market history of Ukraine there was such an event as Miss Security Ukraine competition, organized by UFNSESI. Honorable title of Miss Security Ukraine was given to Svetlana Veremchuk, Chief Assistant of Law Department of Typhoon company (Luhansk).


Organizers of BEZPEKA trade show are the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National Academy of Science of Ukraine, State Customs Service of Ukraine, Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine, Ministry of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine. The support to the trade show was provided by the Department of SSS at MIA Ukraine, UFNSESI, and UFSE. The Organizing Committee of the event are Euroindex Ltd. and NAUKA Expocenter of the NAS of Ukraine.
